The Mercury has done it again!  They are providing HOPE, inspiration and additional fundraising dollars to the Relay For Life of Pottstown and our $1.1 Million Goal!  As you may already be aware they have been running Survivor profiles in the paper the last few weeks, but they have also kicked off their special online feature Voices Of Relay which will remain online until the Relay!

Voices Of Relay is a compassionate and heartfelt series that will inspire all who read and view it. It is so important to have these stories told because even today with all of the education and publicity that cancer receives there is still a deathly fear and stigma surrounding it.  People are still afraid to say the word, they don't realize you can't "catch it", and are uncomfortable around those undergoing treatments.  Every story we tell, and every dollar we raise, brings us ever closer to eradicating the disease and having people understand it doesn't have to be a death sentence when you hear the words "You have cancer".
