American Cancer Society Canine Memorial/Honor Donations will be acknowledged at the ACS Relay For Life of Pottstown and at the Bark For Life.
The opportunity to acknowledge the loss of a special canine is available through the American Cancer Society through Canine Memorial/Honor contributions, and Canine Luminaria Memory/Honor contributions.
Canine Memorial/Honor Contributions
Contributions made directly to the ACS in memory of a beloved canine, or as the result of an event that honored a special canine, will be acknowledged at the Bark For Life in the form of Paw Prints, and the Relay For Life of Pottstown. The name of the dog being remembered/honored and the donor's name will be written on the Paw Print.

Please make the check payable to the American Cancer Society, and include the following information:
- Name of the dog
- Dog owner's name & address
- Name & address of the person making the memorial donation
The American Cancer Society will send an acknowledgement of the donation to the dog owner
- People who make a donation over $5 will receive an ACS donation acknowledgment
- If the name of the dog owner is not included, the person making the donation will receive the acknowledgement card to deliver personally.
Donations received by the ACS prior to the Bark For Life, Bark For Life will be acknowledged at the Bark For Life, Bark For Life event.
Canine Luminaria Memory/Honor Contributions
Luminaria donations in memory/honor of beloved pets will be lit at dusk at the Relay For Life of Pottstown at Pottsgrove High School. In addition to the luminaria candle that will be lit at the Relay, Canine Luminaria forms with donations received prior to the Bark For Life will be acknowledged at the Bark For Life in the form of a Paw Print.
