Memorial/Honor Donations
American Cancer Society Canine Memorial/Honor Donations will be acknowledged on May 31st at the ACS Relay For Life of Pottstown, and on April 19th, 2008 at the Canine Relay For Life, Bark For Life.
The opportunity to acknowledge the loss of a special canine is available through the American Cancer Society through Canine Memorial/Honor contributions, and through Canine Luminaria Memory/Honor contributions.
Canine Memorial/Honor Contributions
Contributions made directly to the ACS in memory of a beloved canine, or as the result of an event that honored a special canine, will be acknowledged at the Canine Relay, Bark For Life in the form of Paw Prints on April 19th, and the Relay For Life of Pottstown on May 31st. The name of the dog being remembered/honored and the donor's name will be written on the Paw Print.

1. Please make the check payable to the American Cancer Society
2. Include the name of the dog
3. Include the dog owner's name & address
4. Include the name & address of the people making the memorial donation
An acknowledgement of the donation will be sent to the dog owner from the ACS
1. People who make a donation over $5 will receive an ACS donation acknowledgment
2. If the name of the dog owner is not included, the person making the donation will receive the acknowledgement card to deliver personally.
Donations received by the ACS prior to April 19th will be acknowledged at the Canine Relay, Bark For Life on April 19th.
Canine Luminaria Memory/Honor Contributions
Luminaria donations in memory/honor of beloved pets will be lit at dusk at the May 31st Relay For Life at Pottsgrove High School. In addition to the luminaria candle that will be lit at the Relay, Canine Luminaria forms with donations received prior to April 19th will be acknowledged at the Canine Relay, Bark For Life in the form of a Paw Print.
