Challenge: Use "mystery" ingredient to make the best dish, and raise the most money
Contest Categories:
- Best Tasting
- Best Presentation
- Raised the most money
Where/When: Sat. 5/31 Main Tent
- 1:45 pm Please deliver all dishes and recipes that are entered in the contest to the main tent for judging
- 2:00pm Judging will take place
- Until 3pm The cakes will be sliced and pieces will be made available for a minimum $1.00 donation
Rules:
- Eligibility
– Any member of a Relay For Life of Pottstown
team.
- Criteria
- Entry must contain the mystery ingredient(s)
- Entry can be hot or cold. No electricity is provided to keep food warm. Please follow food safety standards.
- Serving size should be for 15 to 20 people
- Submit entry on/in a disposable tray.

Voting:
- Local chefs and guest judges vote.
- The winner of each Iron Chef Contest category will win a prize. The contestant whose dish raises the most money will get a prize, along with credit for the total of all monies earned in the contest, which will be donated to the Relay For Life of Pottstown in their name
