Celebrate - Remember - Fight Back
Rules
for Tent Contest Entries:
- All
tent sites are eligible to be judged. Participation
is voluntary.

All tent site numbers must be prominently displayed.

All teams are invited to vote for their team’s
favorite tent site using the ballots in their goody
bags.

All ballots must be placed in the Tent Contest Ballot
Box by 7PM on Saturday, May 31st.

One ballot submission per parent team.
Rules
for Tent Contest Voters:
- Each
team may submit ONE VOTE ONLY for the best decorated
tent site in each category.

Team members should share in the decision regarding
their team’s vote for the winner of the Tent
Contest.

All ballots must be placed in the Tent Contest Ballot
Box by 7PM on Saturday, May 31st.
Voting:
- Ballots are in the team Goody Bags which will be distributed at the 5/28/08 Update Night..
- Each team may submit ONE VOTE ONLY for the best decorated tent site in each category
- Team members should share in the decision regarding their team's
vote for the winner of the Tent Contest
- Ballot box will be located at the Relay Store
The winners of the Tent Contest will receive tent site selection for the 2009 Relay For Life of Pottstown prior to the registered teams.
